WHAT MAKES WORKING IN THE COMMERCIAL TEAM SPECIAL
We are a commercial team, and business negotiations and numbers are our daily bread. We purchase goods from our suppliers with the goal of ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Buying Managers are responsible for negotiating with our suppliers to achieve the best possible price and product quality.
WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT:
- Administrative support for the team, especially listing items via MPI, approving prices via MPC, and adjusting prices via MRT
- Preparing basic materials for price lists
- Managing communication and uploads related to OFD stands
- Actively participating in departmental projects
- Supporting the buying team and preparing analyses
- Evaluating category sales and actively contributing to strategy development together with colleagues
- Creating long-term plans and meeting commercial targets within your assigned category, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Planning promotional activities, including uploading promotions into 1P and proofreading leaflets
- Developing your negotiation skills under the guidance of the Buying Manager and helping maintain and strengthen supplier relationships
- Monitoring competitors, tracking current trends, and regularly visiting stores
WHAT YOU NEED:
- University degree is an advantage – suitable also for fresh graduates
- Strong analytical skills
- Independence and responsibility
- Proactive approach and good communication skills
- Customer focus
- English language skills (B2)
- MS Office, especially Excel
- Czech language required
