- Review supply base in key areas, with a potential reset required to improve overall efficiency & quality.
- Commercial negotiation experience (including collaborative negotiation on OL products), combined with buying and supplier management.
- Stakeholder and supplier relationship management, ensuring alignment and strong partnerships.
- Range, buying, and trade planning (including seasonal events and large-scale promotions).
- Data analysis and reporting, using customer insight and commercial data to drive decisions and forecasting.
- Commercial forecasting and report preparation to support performance tracking and planning.
- Food sector experience is desirable.
