Barista – Restaurant Associates
Restaurant Associates is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and outstanding service in a premium hospitality environment. You'll craft high-quality hot and cold beverages, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure every customer enjoys a first-class experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and monitor ingredient levels.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Process customer transactions accurately where required.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous barista or café experience (preferred).
- A passion for great coffee and customer service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality.
