- Prepare, plan, and implement phase change layouts strictly in line with the critical path.
- Build effective working relationships with product teams across Womenswear, as well as the Shopfitting and Sales teams to plan highly commercial store layouts.

- Brief projects into suppliers and manage them through to completion, including sourcing new equipment alongside the Visual Merchandise Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries from store, product, and field teams. Plan and attend store openings to ensure the delivery of commercial visual standards.
- Conduct competitive shops and present findings formally and informally as required.
- Support the management, coaching, and mentorship of your team to encourage continuous growth.
What You'll Bring:
- Deep visual merchandising knowledge and experience within Womenswear or a similar fashion retail role, alongside a strong understanding of store space management.
- Up-to-date awareness of upcoming fashion trends, market shifts, and competitor activity.
- An aspirational, creative outlook with the ability to design equipment, marketing, fixtures, fittings, and layouts tailored seamlessly to the Next brand.
