The role:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and commercial results
• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and lead by example on the shop floor
• Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee daily store operations, visual standards, and stock management
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence

About you:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Sales Consultant within premium or luxury retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware with a passion for delivering results
• A natural clientelling and customer service expert
• Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on
