
Assistant Store Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to join a prestigious luxury womenswear brand at its flagship store in Westfield Stratford City on a 12-month fixed-term contract. There is also potential with the brand currently expanding for the role to continue within another location or position depending on the brands needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate retail leader who understands the luxury customer journey, thrives in a high-profile retail environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service while driving commercial success. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and performance of the store. You will lead from the front, inspire your team to deliver outstanding results, and ensure every customer enjoys a premium, personalised shopping experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPI and profitability targets
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Creating exceptional customer experiences through luxury service
- Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and brand standards
- Supporting stock management, deliveries and operational excellence
- Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to drive growth
- Acting as the senior manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence
We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused retail professional with:
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Senior Sales role within luxury or premium fashion retail
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive results
- Excellent leadership and people-development skills
- A polished, professional and customer-centric approach
- Passion for luxury fashion and delivering world-class service
- The ability to remain resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
