Key Responsibilities
- As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and in-store experience
- Assist with staff training, recruitment, and performance management
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
- Step up to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and retail operations standards
We’re looking for a candidate with strong retail leadership skills and a passion for the FatFace brand:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Passion for fashion retail and customer service excellence
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a fast-paced retail environment
