As a TikTok Shop Executive, you will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to our TikTok Shop function, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of this exciting channel.

What you’ll be doing

You will support the TikTok Shop Trading & Operations Manager in various tasks, including:

• Maintaining the TikTok Shop trading calendar and assisting with promotional planning.

• Supporting product launches and campaign activations.

• Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports to drive commercial decision-making.

• Coordinating internal approvals and managing invoices.

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of TikTok Shop LIVE events.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

• Strong organisation and administration skills.

• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Good analytical capability and confidence working with data.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in eCommerce, Digital Trading, or Commercial Support roles.

• Knowledge of retail trading processes or social commerce.

• Experience managing purchase orders and budget tracking.
