This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to play a key role in supporting store performance, developing teams, and maintaining exceptional customer experiences across a diverse store portfolio.
The Role
As an Area Support Store Manager, you'll work closely with regional leadership teams to provide cover, support new store openings, assist underperforming locations, and ensure stores continue to deliver outstanding commercial results. You'll bring energy, adaptability, and strong leadership wherever you're needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stores across London, providing management cover and operational leadership
- Drive sales, KPI performance and profitability
- Lead, coach, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support stores during periods of management absence, peak trading, and recruitment transitions
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently delivered
- Manage stock processes, loss prevention, and compliance standards
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and colleague development
- Build strong relationships with store teams and regional management
- Act as a brand ambassador across the region
About You
- Previous experience as a Store Manager within a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results
- An adaptable leader who can quickly integrate into new teams and environments
- Passionate about customer experience and team development
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable travelling across multiple locations
- Full UK driving licence is desirable
The salary is paying up to £40,000 per annum
