4th March

Omni-Channel Retailing 2014

While there is disagreement over the semantics of the word omni-channel, retailers are accepting that such a model is essential for long term survival and that the customer has to be at the centre of such developing strategies. Marking its sixth year, this conference will look at how multi-channel retailing strategies have progressed, the present challenges and how retailers will leverage new opportunities in the future. Case studies and interactive discussions will reveal what best practice looks like in this new environment, providing updates on how customers are engaging with retailers across multiple touch points and the strategies that are being developed to understand these customer journeys.

Future High Street Summit

The Future High Street Summit is a new, two-day conference including a gala dinner at the end of the first day.
