4th March

Omni-Channel Retailing 2014
Hilton Tower Bridge -

While there is disagreement over the semantics of the word omni-channel, retailers are accepting that such a model is essential for long term survival and that the customer has to be at the centre of such developing strategies. Marking its sixth year, this conference will look at how multi-channel retailing strategies have progressed, the present challenges and how retailers will leverage new opportunities in the future. Case studies and interactive discussions will reveal what best practice looks like in this new environment, providing updates on how customers are engaging with retailers across multiple touch points and the strategies that are being developed to understand these customer journeys.

At this event, exhibitors benefit from a targeted marketplace in a single place and time, bringing together suppliers, buyers, purchase influencers, consultants and the media. This year, 300 exhibitors will be in attendance offering the latest craft inspiration and advice to delegates. This show also includes the Sewing for Pleasure, Fashion Embroidery & Stitch and Hobbycrafts exhibitions.


26th-27th March

Internet Retailing Expo
NEC Birmingham -

Internet Retailing Expo 2014 brings together retailers from across the industry. Over 100 speakers will be presenting how they have overcome their latest challenges in the multi-channel sector. Future High Street Summit

The Future High Street Summit is a new, two-day conference including a gala dinner at the end of the first day. The summit will provide a platform for retailers, councils, town-teams, business improvement districts (BIDs) and solution providers to share their experiences of projects and activities which have had/will have a positive impact on their local area.
