RHR makes Sunday Times Best Companies List 2014

For 25 years we've been providing advice and support to help retail professionals find their next role and to help retailers find the most suitably skilled people for their roles. Working in retail is where many of our team started out, which means we understand the retail industry like no one else. We find that many skills cross over between retail and recruitment: ambition, drive, motivation and a determined, target-focused approach.

From a small team we have grown into the leading retail recruitment consultancy in the UK, but despite our successes we haven't forgotten our roots and we invest in our people as they are our most valuable asset. We reward the hard work our team puts in by making sure they have the chance to relax and have fun. We believe that work and play are both important and our staff parties, BBQs, quiz nights, weekends away and other events are famous throughout the retail and
fashion industries.

It's this commitment to clients, jobseekers and our own staff that has led to us being named one of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For 2014. Not only that, but we've been awarded the maximum possible three stars for "extraordinary levels of engagement within our organisation".

The Sunday Times first published the Best Companies to Work For list in 2001 and says, “Each year hundreds of organisations from a wide range of industries use our employee survey to measure the engagement of their employees. The responses from these surveys are collated and combined to produce an overall engagement score for each organisation. Only the organisations
with the highest level of overall employee engagement qualify for the 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list 2014.”

Which makes all of us at the Retail Human Resources Group extremely proud.

But if a company is only as good as the people it employs, then we clearly have some of the best people in the industry working with us. And that's what makes us proudest of all.

Retail Human Resources Group is the UK's leading retail and fashion recruitment consultancy group, including RHR, Fashion & Retail Personnel, Hospitality & Leisure Recruitment (HLR) and Together Communications.
